#1
Hi

Looking at ADS-B and sharing the data.
What is the best site do you sugguest to share with
Planespotter
Radiobox
Flightaware etc

Easy to share with multiply sites using a raspberry Pi
Most reliable ?
Who the most helpful for newbies

Been told that a few try locking you in just to them ?

Hope to hear from you

Many people start with the FlightAware Raspberry Pi image (PiAware) because it includes everything you need. From there, you can run scripts from the other providers to send them data too, if you'd like. Regarding reliability, my PiAware image has fed FlightAware data for 924 days straight (see attached screenshot). It has been down for a couple hours at a time when I've done maintenance but it's never crashed on it's own.

For a while I also fed ADS-B exchange with my PiAware data. Their site is completely open - they don't block any aircraft from view, unlike FlightAware.

None of the sites lock you in. Worst case scenario is you just re-image your SD card and start fresh. Not sure how it would even be possible for a provider to lock you in.
